"I’m sure Taylor heard double the voices she was expecting because we were all out there singing even though we weren’t inside,"
said Michaela Hogan, a fan who watched one of Swift's Nashville concerts from a parking lot, on a TODAY segment on May 19.
After Ticketmaster's botched ticketing process last year, Swift's songs are now available to fans who missed out on the 52-night tour.
In November, Ticketmaster outages and long wait times enraged Swift fans.
