Ryan Feltner hospitalized for head injury.

After being hit in the head by a line ball in the second inning against the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday,  

Colorado Rockies pitcher Ryan Feltner was hospitalized overnight.

"He's under observation at a local hospital," Colorado manager Bud Black said after the Phillies 

7-4 win. "He's taking many tests. "More tomorrow."

Nick Castellanos hit a 92.7-mph 1-0 slider back to the mound. 

The ball hit Feltner's rear right head. As C.J. Cron caught the ball, the right-hander slumped. Castellanos singled home.

Feltner was conscious. He laid on his stomach and squinted as two Colorado training staff ran to the mound. 

alongside the crowd quiet, Feltner sat up and stood alongside catcher Elias Diaz.
