On her talk program, Kelly Clarkson addresses workplace "toxicity."

Kelly Clarkson has responded to claims that her talk show hosts a hostile work environment.  

On Friday, she posted a text slide on her verified Instagram account in which she stated that she intended to "ensure" that any problems are "eradicated."

The musician and host of the hit NBC daytime chat show "The Kelly Clarkson Show" 

was responding to a piece that was published in Rolling Stone. In the article, 

11 current and former staffers of the show said that conditions at the show led to them feeling mistreated, overworked, or underpaid.

Clarkson stated in part of her article, "To find out that anyone is feeling unheard and or disrespected on this show is unacceptable, 

" and she added that she is "committed to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment."
