Kyler Murray's comment after last mass shooting is received by sports world.

Another senseless US mass shooting occurred over the weekend. An AR-15-wielding gunman opened fire at an Allen, Texas outlet mall on Saturday. Officials say this frightening occurrence killed eight and injured seven.

According to the Gun Violence Archive, this is the 199th mass shooting in the US in 2023. Another community is grieving. Many Texans, notably Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, attended Allen High School.

After a stellar Allen High School career, Bedford native Murray committed to Texas A&M. Murray was the first player to win Mr. Texas Football twice and the 2014 Gatorade Football Player of the Year.

Murray led Allen High School to three State Championships and 43 consecutive wins.

The outlet mall is barely 10 minutes from the school that helped him succeed. Murray tweeted on the tragic mass shooting near his hometown.

It's revolting. Allen, Texas mass shooting victims, prayers. Please let me know how I can support the victims.

When will this **** stop? Murray tweeted.

Murray's powerful tweet had nearly 2 million views and garnered a lot of support from sportspeople who desire change.
