Despite considering leaving "American Idol," Katy Perry is still a "California Girl" because she recently signed a contract for a $11 million home in Sierra Towers, Los Angeles.

According to public records, the 38-year-old pop star used a limited liability company that shares an Encino,

California address with another LLC of which she is the director to purchase a "junior penthouse" at the Hollywood Hills skyscraper last week.

The same address is listed as the registered owner of her brand of shoes.

According to property records, the home's seller was Jen Kao, the daughter of billionaire Garmin founder Min Kao. She paid $9.3 million for the home in 2016.

According to the listing with the Agency, the condo has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a living space of about 3,000 square feet.

According to the listing, the house was initially put up for sale in January for just under $12.5 million.

According to listing photos, the penthouse, which is on the top floor of the 31-level tower, has dark wood throughout and dark wood flooring.
