Garcelle Beauvais, a member of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,

is providing an update on the health of her longtime friend and former co-star Jamie Foxx following his stay in the hospital due to a medical issue.

At the Best Buddies Mother's Day Brunch over the weekend, Beauvais told E! News that ...

...she is still friends with the Foxx family and that they reassured her that everything is fine with the Ray star.

"I received a message from the family, and they said, 'He's good. Please don't heed to what is being said online,

she pleaded, later expressing her disgust with the media for running conflicting headlines about Foxx's deteriorating health:
