Disney's exorbitant Star Wars hotel is closing.

The Galactic Starcruiser, a lavish hotel with a Star Wars motif that costs about $5,000 for two nights,

is being closed down by Disney World. According to a website update by Disney,

the Starcruiser will host its last visitors from September 28 to September 30.The announcement from Disney reads,

"We are so proud of all of the Cast Members and Imagineers who brought Star Wars:

Galactic Starcruiser to life and look forward to providing Guests with an outstanding experience during the remaining voyages over the coming months.

We are grateful to our guests and supporters for making this event so unique.

Disney's Galatic Starcruiser has only been operating since March 2022, when it initially welcomed visitors.
