Becky Hammon Suspended as WNBA Coach

Becky Hammon, the head coach for the Las Vegas Aces,

was given a two-game suspension without pay from the WNBA for breaking the league's employment standards.

After conducting an investigation into allegations of improper treatment made by former Aces All-Star Dearica Hamby,

the league issued a statement confirming Hammon's punishment.

This statement was obtained by Bailey Caldwell of Fansided. In addition,

the Aces had their first-round draft pick from 2025 taken away by the WNBA.

They do not currently own their first-round pick for the year 2024.
