The Kelly Clarkson Show's alleged poisonous work environment was reported by Rolling Stone on Friday, May 12.

The exposé claims that personnel are "overworked, underpaid, and that working at the show was traumatizing to their mental health."

Kelly took to Instagram to deny the reports, even though colleagues said working with her was "fantastic."

In her 3-slide post, she said, "In my 20 years in the entertainment industry, I've always led with my heart and what I believed to be right."

"I love my team at The Kelly Clarkson Show, and to find out that anyone is feeling unheard and/or disrespected on this show is unacceptable."
