Aaron Rodgers would still be with the Green Bay Packers if but for one item, according to ESPN expert.

After 18 seasons with the Green Bay Packers, 15 of which he spent as the starting quarterback,

Aaron Rodgers was moved to the New York Jets. He won four regular-season MVP awards, a Super Bowl MVP award,

a Super Bowl MVP award, and numerous franchise and NFL records during that time.

But eventually, it was necessary for each side to part ways. Green Bay's new starting quarterback is Jordan Love,

and Rodgers brought along a number of his former colleagues to play in New York.

I think both parties were glad to see the issue resolved in this case. Rodgers was clearly not fully dedicated to Green Bay last season,

but the Packers were devoted to Love. The Packers' confidence in Love and Aaron Rodgers' personal desire to move on, though,

were entirely overlooked by ESPN's Jeff Darlington when he made one of the silliest comments of the offseason on "NFL Live."
