Bradley Cooper has finally put his nearly 20-year-old Venice, California, home on the market for $2.4 million.
According to real estate records, the Oscar-nominated actor purchased the 1920s house in 2004 for just under $1.2 million.
The two-bedroom home is quite private and has lush landscaping, making it a top celebrity perk. It also appears like it belongs in a picture book.
Inside, nature prevails. Mr. Cooper, 48, styled the space with interior designer Santillana de Chanaleilles, adding reclaimed-wood ceilings and concrete floors.
